Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of related experience; hardware certifications like A+ or ACMT are a plus.
Location: This position is based in Arden Hills, MN, and may require reporting to other Trafera facilities in the Twin Cities metro area.
Compensation: $23 - $25 / Hourly
$23/hr - $25/hr + up to $1,000 quarterly bonus

Job Summary
The Production Team Lead is responsible for leading and directing the workflow of the Production Team to process and configure Chromebooks, Laptops, Desktops and other devices for customer orders, within established timeframes and quality standards, as directed by the Production Supervisor. Your performance will be evaluated based on established expectations for Production Team Leads.
The schedule for this role is Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
