About the Role 

While a love for cycling is awesome, it’s not a dealbreaker – what matters most is your dedication to lead and drive sales, you'll set the standard for how your store is remembered by your customers, and you'll set an example for other employees by creating an amazing cycling experience for everyone who walks through your doors. 

As the Sales Lead, you will:  

  • Actively lead all store sales activities including customer engagement, Daily Task List completion, and sales monitoring.  

  • Organise and participate in all sales employees training through targeting role plays, observing customer interactions, and more.  

  • Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to Visual Merchandising Directive, including product placement, price auditing, and product re-stocking. 

  • Work with the Retail Marketing to plan promotional strategies, set up promotions according to Trek’s sales promotion calendar, and monitor promotional ROI.
