Junior Software Engineer

Tripadvisor is looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join the Trust & Safety Moderation and Fraud team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 0-2 years of industry experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Skills

Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
Familiarity with full stack web development in JavaScript and Java
Ability to work with technologies like JavaScript/React/GraphQL, Java, PostgreSQL, etc.
Cloud platform experience (AWS) is a plus

Responsibilities

Design and develop features for platform and products
Collaborate with technology leaders and product managers
Maintain and test software features
Provide code reviews and feedback to peers

Education

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent
