Junior Software Engineer
Tripadvisor is looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join the Trust & Safety Moderation and Fraud team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 0-2 years of industry experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Skills
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
- Familiarity with full stack web development in JavaScript and Java
- Ability to work with technologies like JavaScript/React/GraphQL, Java, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and develop features for platform and products
- Collaborate with technology leaders and product managers
- Maintain and test software features
- Provide code reviews and feedback to peers
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent
