Summary of Position: The Lead Senior Software Engineer will help drive the implementation of the Company’s strategic vision. This includes iterating with Product and project stakeholders on requirements, breaking down goals into tasks, and working with Developers to ensure successful execution. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the Lead Senior Software Engineer to ensure designs are properly architected. They will own parts of the system, coordinate complex implementations, and implement abstractions as appropriate. This role involves approximately 75% coding and 25% management of external and internal developers.

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year, based on a 40-hour work week.
