Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or closely related science and five (5) years clinical laboratory experience with a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience. ASCP Certification or equivalent
Must have AR driver's license and reliable transportation with ability to drive several hours a day for travel to regional clinics
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree (MBA, MSOM, MHA, MLS or other applicable Master Degrees).
5 years supervisory experience
Extensive knowledge in laboratory testing, reference laboratory testing, DOT training and EPIC Computer Systems
