Summary of Job Duties:

The Graduate Assistant will serve as a non-benefits eligible staff member for Student Programs & Activities. Reporting directly to the Dean of Students, specific duties include, but are not limited to: creating flyers and marketing for the Office of Student Programs & Activities; performing office management duties as needed; assisting with Orientation and Commencement; co-advising Student Activities Board or Greek Life governing bodies with Dean of Students and attending their meetings; assisting with Student Government Association; managing social media accounts; serving on committees on campus and in the community, as needed; submitting work orders for Student Programs & Activities and the Red Barn; assisting in planning and coordinating meetings and events; facilitating educational, developmental, cultural, and social events for students and prospective students; aiding in planning, implementation, and assessment of student programming for all events; and other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned.
