Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in TESL/TEFL/Linguistics/Applied Linguistics
OR
Master’s degree in a related field with TESL/TEFL certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in higher education
Experience in an intensive English program
Demonstrated excellence in teaching
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience developing and implementing new methods of teaching
Ability to manage students at different proficiency levels simultaneously
Knowledge of the Blackboard
Skill in written and verbal communication
