The Undersea Technology Analysis Portfolio (UTAP), within the Sea, Land, & Air Analysis Group in SPA, conducts rigorous and objective analyses to enable the Navy and other DoD organizations to make decisions, plans, and strategies to deliver emerging undersea technologies and warfighting capabilities. We support clients across the undersea and naval special warfare enterprises, including those within resourcing and requirements (OPNAV N97), acquisition (program offices for undersea technologies and naval special warfare), and science and technology (Office of Naval Research, DARPA) Our enduring capabilities include:
SPA has a near term need for a Program Manager for upcoming support to the Program Executive Office (PEO) for Unmanned and Small Combatants (USC), located in Alexandria, VA. PEO USC, through affiliated program offices, designs, procures, and builds the Navy’s small manned and unmanned surface and undersea systems, and delivers the capabilities needed to support a range of fleet operations in the at the best cost-efficient value. This role will support the Naval Special Warfare program office, PMS 340. The Program Manager will report full-time to a contractor site in Alexandria, VA, with occasional remote work available, based upon the needs of the client.
