About the Role:
We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager with expertise in Procore and construction project management to lead the rollout, training, and integration of Procore at DSI while also managing and supporting field projects. Candidate can live in Midland, TX, Sioux Falls, SD or Stanley, ND.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the company-wide implementation of Procore, ensuring successful adoption across teams.
• Train and support project teams on best practices for using Procore in the field and office.
• Oversee and manage construction and field projects using Procore for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Act as the Procore expert, optimizing the system to enhance project efficiency.
• Work closely with field teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Develop Procore standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal use.
• Provide regular project updates, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering reports to leadership.
• Troubleshoot project challenges and proactively address risks in collaboration with field teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Procore Certified Project Manager – must have active certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing construction projects using Procore.
- Experience implementing or optimizing Procore in a construction setting is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of construction project management, field operations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and guide teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while driving Procore adoption across the company.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for process improvement and technology.
