Key Objectives:

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable results.
Monitor website performance using analytics tools, delivering actionable insights to optimize organic traffic and search rankings.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify target phrases and optimize content strategies.
Enhance on-page SEO through the optimization of meta tags, headers, URLs, and website structure.
Identify and address technical SEO issues, collaborating with web developers to improve site performance, crawlability, and user experience.
Perform SEO audits, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversions, leveraging data to refine SEO strategies.
Foster collaboration across teams to integrate SEO seamlessly into content, product, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SEO management or a similar role.
Certifications in SEO (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and digital marketing trends, particularly in the Indian search landscape.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

Familiarity with website development basics (HTML/CSS), PPC advertising, and technical SEO practices such as speed optimization.
Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO experimentation.
Understanding of social media marketing and its interplay with SEO.
Strong organizational and project management skills to lead multiple initiatives.
