THE ROLE
The role is for a BDR to prospect and contact potential clients through various channels with the goal of scheduling discovery calls on behalf of our salespeople. Valatam’s clients are growing US and Canadian businesses with remote entry-level vacancies or a high volume of computer/telephone tasks.
Provided your work generates 5 qualified sales calls per week, you are free to work as and when you please, until this KPI is met you are expected to complete the below activities:

Our current pay rate for this full-time (40hrs/week) role is $3/hr base, $500/month + $50 per qualified appointment (US$1500 On Target Earnings). More information about the payment structure will be discussed further in the process.

With a requirement to generate five qualified sales calls weekly, you’ll have the flexibility to work on your own terms, ensuring your outreach is both fun and effective.
