Sales Analyst & Support - Accessoires H/F CDI

📄 DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
  • RattachĂ©-e Ă  l'Ă©quipe commerciale de la Business Unit Accessoires, le-la sales analyst & support assure l'optimisation de l'offre commerciale en rĂ©alisant des recommandations de gamme et de prix suite Ă  ses analyses. Garant-e des informations demandĂ©es auprĂšs de la marque (offre, contrat, prix, stocks dĂ©finitifs), il-elle travaille en binĂŽme avec le-la commerciale-e afin de mettre en ligne l'offre la plus attractive possible. Il-Elle assure ainsi un rĂŽle d'ambassadeur commercial dans le dĂ©roulement des opĂ©rations.


🎯 MISSIONS
  • 1/ Gestion de l'offre et du pricing  

Analyser les offres et réaliser des recommandations auprÚs du commercial en vue de garantir l'attractivité de celles-ci et préparer la négociation.

  • PrĂ©parer le fichier d'analyse d'offre suite Ă  la rĂ©cupĂ©ration du fichier fournisseur, des informations des ventes anciennes et de la veille concurrentielle ; 
  • Analyser la composition de l'offre et les volumes des rĂ©fĂ©rences ; 
  • PrĂ©coniser des prix de vente et prix d’achat afin de rĂ©pondre Ă  la fois aux attentes de la marque mais aussi Ă  la stratĂ©gie pricing du groupe. Le pricing devra ĂȘtre travaillĂ© en prenant en compte la veille, les prix psychologiques du site,  les ventes passĂ©es, la veille, le cycle de vie du produit et du marchĂ©, la pĂ©riode des ventes; 
  • Etablir un suivi de la performance des opĂ©rations dĂšs l’ouverture et jusqu'Ă  la fermeture;   
  • RĂ©aliser les bilans de fin de ventes pour dĂ©terminer les leviers d’amĂ©liorations et actions Ă  mettre en Ɠuvre pour la prochaine opĂ©ration. 

  • 2/ Gestion Commerciale

Assurer la bonne gestion opĂ©rationnelle des ventes en charge en relation directe avec le partenaire commercial. 

  • Être responsable de la bonne tenue de la date de vente via la rĂ©ception de l’offre, des prix et stocks dĂ©finitifs, et en lien avec le content manager; 
  • PrĂ©parer les supports de prĂ©sentation pour les rdv marques et participation lorsque nĂ©cessaire; 
  • GĂ©rer la gestion contractuelle avec les partenaires et les Ă©ventuels litiges de premier niveau. 


👉 PRÉ REQUIS
  • Vous ĂȘtes titulaire d’une formation de type Bac +5 en Ă©cole de commerce ou sur un cursus universitaire. 
  • Une premiĂšre expĂ©rience significative similaire en analyses et /ou analyses commerciales. 
  • DotĂ©(e) d'une fibre commerciale, vous ĂȘtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit analytique et vous maitrisez la gestion des donnĂ©es.
  • Vous avez le sens des prioritĂ©s et faites preuve de rigueur.
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie et d'adaptabilitĂ©. 
  • Vous maĂźtrisez Google Apps et le Pack Office, notamment Excel. 
  • Vous avez un niveau d'Anglais professionnel. 
  • Votre comprĂ©hension des enjeux business et votre goĂ»t pour le challenge que vous soumettez Ă  vous Ă©panouir au sein de notre structure dynamique et ambitieuse !
