The Executive Producer will oversee the production process of high-quality events from concept to completion. This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale internal and external events, leading creative teams, and ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality and brand consistency. The Executive Producer will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure seamless execution of all event production activities.

This role places the successful candidate at the forefront of end-user interactions. This position requires technical versatility, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Actively engage with end users, ensuring their issues and requests are addressed with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify issues before they escalate, using strong analytical and diagnostic skills to minimize downtime and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Technology Optimization: Continuously refine and improve support processes, adopt best practices, and seek opportunities to enhance the end-user computing environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Event Management:
    • Oversee the entire production process for internal and external events, including global townhalls, client meetings, holiday parties, and other corporate events.
    • Develop event production schedules, manage budgets, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate with event planners, directors, and other creative team members to align on vision and execution.
    • Supervise the post-event process, including debriefs, feedback collection, and final reporting.
  • Creative Leadership:
    • Provide creative direction and vision for all events, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals.
    • Lead brainstorming sessions and pitch meetings to develop innovative event concepts.
    • Approve event agendas, scripts, and final plans, ensuring high-quality execution.
    • Foster a collaborative and inspiring environment for the event production team.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure all events meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
    • Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to event team members.
    • Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes in event production activities.
    • Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from stakeholders and attendees.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, communications, and other internal departments to align event production efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Team Leadership:

      • Streaming Protocols: RTMP, HLS, DASH

      • Production Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer
      • AV Equipment: Cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema), Microphones, Mixers, Lighting Equipment
  • Communication:
