Project Coordinator

Wachter is accepting applications for the Project Coordinator position in our Lowell, AR office with the (NES) National Electric Services Team. Ideal candidates should be willing to learn new skills and have an interest in the electrical industry. This position would provide administrative and operational support to our Project Managers. This is an entry-level position. This position offers career growth potential in Project Management

Requirements:
  • Ability to work with a team and provide updated communication in a timely manner.
  • College Education preferred, although not required. 
  • Experience working with engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take-offs is helpful. 
  • Experience in any of the following fields is a plus: Electrical, Construction, or Operations Support.
  • Project Management experience in Construction, Technology, or related fields is helpful.
  • This position has the ability for advancement to Project Manager based on experience, capabilities, review of work, and needs of team.  


Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Manager with daily operational tasks. 
  • Provide logistical project support, ordering equipment and materials and setting up deliveries. 
  • Create and maintain project files. 
  • Assist with project scheduling and billing. 
  • Manage small complex projects with management supervision.
  • Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.  
  • Proficient with the use of personal computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs. 
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks. 
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills. 
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.


$21.50 - $28.50 an hour
Based on experience and qualification.
