Your primary goal will be to foster an environment where your team is engaged, productive, and satisfied. You'll guide and coach your team in planning, executing, and continuously improving, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing their impact.• Establish, manage, and continually refine impactful processes that help the team achieve their goals.• Advocate for your team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality products.• Maintain a prioritized product backlog that aligns with the team's objectives.• Publish a roadmap and provide regular updates for stakeholders.• Coordinate cross-functional efforts as necessary, aligning all team members on success metrics.• Continually improve the team's efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness by identifying and implementing process improvements.United values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply.
