OverviewQuality Assurance SupervisorKeen Transport a Wallenius Wilhelmsen company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor at our Carlisle, PA location. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of driving a culture of injury avoidance and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL DOYou will play a key role in ensuring standardization across facilities and the effective reporting and follow-up on Performance, Safety, and Quality (PSQ) non-conformities.Your role will be integral in coordinating PSQ meetings and promoting a proactive approach to safety and quality within our operations.• Process and SOP Management: Facilitate, manage, and audit the creation and updating of processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all contracts and customers.• Training: Deliver regulatory, safety, and job-specific training to ensure team readiness and compliance.• Equipment/Asset Management: Ensure that equipment is safe to use, maintain up-to-date calibration certificates, and verify that vehicles are certified for safe operation.• Operational Risk Assessments and Audits: Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.• Quality Audits: Perform quality audits on customer inventory, ensuring adherence to company standards.• Way of Working Compliance: Ensure compliance with company standards, including 5S, SOP, Health & Safety (H&S), incident reporting, safety awareness, PPE compliance, and housekeeping.QualificationsWHAT YOU'LL NEED• 2-5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement or Quality Assurance role.• Strong change management, leadership, and mentoring skills.• Experience in performance safety, quality, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS).• Proven experience in training teams for safety and quality compliance.• A positive attitude with a growth mindset, passion for mentoring, and the ability to inspire others to excel.• Excellent communication skills, capable of resolving issues, briefing senior leadership, and addressing customer inquiries with solutions.See yourself at Wallenius Wilhelmsen.
