Located in Wellingborough, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to join our Agile scrum team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help transform our Financial Services Cloud applications, leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive innovation and excellence within our organization. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £80,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including private medical insurance, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and up to 28 days of annual leave. As a Salesforce Developer, your primary responsibilities include collaborating with Business Analysts and Product Owners to capture business requirements, translating functional needs into technical specifications, and documenting solutions. You’ll also be involved in designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions using Lightning components, Apex code, and triggers. Our team is looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interface with technical and non-technical team members.
