Solutions Architect

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to play a key role in enabling the successful deployment of technical solutions based on customer needs. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive solution adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the technology and underlying architectures of our platform.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, showcasing key features and business value to potential customers.
  • Guide customers through successful Proof of Concepts (PoCs), demonstrating solution feasibility and impact.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor focused on achieving customer business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with customers to architect and integrate solutions that align with their business goals and existing systems.
  • Lead project teams in driving solution adoption and implementation success.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and implementation processes to help customers transition from PoC to production deployment.
  • Understand customer environments (cloud/on-prem) and work with engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer challenges, improving efficiency through repeatable processes and technical documentation (solution architectures, integration guides, best practices).
  • Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams in engineering, sales, and product, addressing technical deployment obstacles and enhancing solution capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar technical pre-sales role.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with solution design, architecture, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and solution delivery.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills, capable of working independently and as part of a global team.
