Job Description
The Benefits Administrator position supports the administration of the health, retirement, and employee welfare benefit programs for the firm. Provides front line benefits support to Administrative staff, Associates and Partners with benefits enrollment and questions, maintains employee database and files, and coordinates the day to day functions of the Benefits Department.Primary Responsibilities and/or Essential functions:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work and educational experience required.
Estimated salary range is $90,000 - $100,000. Compensation decisions within the range are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
