Xello is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to drive new business initiatives with major school districts in North America, utilizing your strong K-12 education background to establish trust and foster relationships with educators.
Responsibilities: Lead new business development efforts by prospecting school districts, developing innovative strategies for building relationships, managing a sales pipeline, and engaging with potential leads through various outreach methods.
Skills: Strong understanding of the K-12 market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, resilience, and self-motivation are crucial for this role.
Qualifications: Preferred experience as an educator or administrator in K-12 education and familiarity with college and career readiness initiatives.
Location: Remote work environment available for US-based staff; with flexibility and hybrid options for Canadian staff.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $120,000.
