Join Xtalic Corporation as an Engineering Laboratory Technician, where you'll dive into an exciting role right here in Marlborough, MA! We're a pioneering technology company that specializes in developing unique electroplating processes centered on innovative nanostructured metal alloys, all based on technologies developed at MIT. In this hands-on position within our product development team, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining our advanced chemical processes and equipment. As an Engineering Laboratory Technician, you'll execute analytical test procedures and test plans, ensuring our data collection and documentation are up to our high standards. We're looking for someone with around five years of experience in a laboratory setting, especially if you have a background in wet chemistry and a knack for working safely and effectively in a team. If you're familiar with electroplating or have experience in equipment troubleshooting and chemical analysis methods, that's a definite plus!
