CRM Maintenance & Data Integrity – Ensure HubSpot remains a reliable source of truth by managing data hygiene, deduplication, and overall system organization.
Workflow & Automation Management – Build, optimize, and troubleshoot workflows, sequences, and automation to improve efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Success.
Reporting & Dashboard Support – Assist in creating, maintaining, and refining reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for revenue teams.
User Support & Enablement – Serve as the first line of support for CRM users, troubleshooting issues, managing permissions, and ensuring best practices.
CRM Optimization & Scalability – Identify and implement system improvements to ensure the CRM evolves with business needs.
