Accordion is seeking law student externs for Winter and Spring 2025 to assist with legal projects in a consulting firm focused on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

Skills

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong writing, drafting, research and communication skills
Detail oriented and organized
Strong moral and ethical principles

Responsibilities

Assisting with the drafting of documents
Conducting legal research
General document reviews and summaries
Drafting legal memoranda
Assisting with data management with legal intake applications

Education

Current law student at an accredited law school
