Contracts Administrator

Overview

The Contracts Administrator provides a full range of support on all contracts, task orders, and subcontract agreements, including the preparation, negotiation, and administration of agreements for customers, partners, and vendors. The Contracts Administrator will interact with team members across the organization to support the Contracts, Legal, and Compliance Department of the company. The Contracts Administrator is responsible for supporting the management of all aspects of contract engagement and from contract award to project closeout. The individual will provide high-level contract administration and project specific administrative support. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining all company contracts as well as collaborating with clients, teaming partners, program managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract terms and client/internal processes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Negotiating and preparing all forms of agreements and administration of contract performance in accordance with the FAR and DFARs
  • Manage federal contracts and subcontracts including General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules, Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, and task orders from proposal stage to close out
  • Prepares, submits, and follows up on Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Subcontract Agreements, Consulting Agreements, reseller and partnership agreements, representations and certifications, reporting requirements, CPARS, and other related documents.
  • Draft related documents to support contract negotiations, administration, and close-out
  • Assist in managing corporate minority, veteran-owned, and small business program certifications
  • Will perform a variety of general contract and compliance related tasks 

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree from an accredited College or University, Juris Doctor desired
  • 0-2 years of experience in a government contracting environment and/or contract administration/negotiation
  • Ability to receive and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
