Legal Trainee

As a Legal Trainee at Acolad, you will draft and review legal agreements including framework contracts and NDAs in English. You will support the Legal Team in managing the corporate life of various affiliates, draft corporate meeting minutes, and assist with other legal reporting functions as directed by the Legal Director.

To become a Legal Trainee at Acolad, you need to hold a university degree in Law, with a Master’s degree being a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in French is a valued advantage, alongside possessing excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
