About The Role
As a Performance Manager, you'll contribute to the success of digital media campaigns through campaign activation, in-depth analysis, and strategic implementation focused on maximising client outcomes. This role combines campaign activation, analysis, and strategy to drive client outcomes.
You'll collaborate with Account Directors and the Head of Digital, managing both strategic planning and campaign execution. Your work will support campaign performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilties:
Oversee the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms, ensuring effective budget allocation and performance.
Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation, and implement data-driven strategies to improve results.
Contribute to effective workflow management and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
Cultivate strong client relationships by providing regular communication, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to achieve their business objectives.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in Search, Social, and Programmatic advertising to identify innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
