AECOM is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our East Environment Marketing team in the Philadelphia metro area. This internship provides hands-on experience to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice, offering a well-rounded learning opportunity under general supervision and collaboration with the graphics and marketing team. The position allows for a flexible remote/hybrid work schedule based in Conshohocken, PA.

This position is expected to begin in May 2025.

• May assist with small to medium proposal/LOIs/SOQs.
• Contribute to and support the writing and/or editing and/or formatting of resumes and past performance sections for proposals.
• Manage the implementation of text revisions based on direction from review teams.
• Support the development, maintenance, and updating of marketing materials, as needed.
• Participate in internal debriefs as part of the pursuit team, as requested.
• Understand and follows company quality procedures and approval processes under supervision of others.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
• Perform a self-check of work prior to submitting to others for review/approval.
• Help develop internal and external social media announcements, as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field and must have completed at least 2 years of study. Candidates who have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree and plan to continue with the master’s degree are eligible to apply for these positions.  Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor’s degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork capability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
