We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Admin to support the CEO and leadership team. This role requires a generalist who can quickly ramp up on multiple cross-functional areas. Responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel logistics, and providing administrative support across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automation & Workflows: Implement and manage automation tools to improve efficiency across administrative and operational tasks.

  • CRM Management: Oversee and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, pipeline tracking, and seamless integration with business processes.
