At ALKU, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Andover, MA! As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our IT support, providing top-notch assistance for core enterprise applications, hardware, and security protocols. Your role will involve being the primary responder for the ALKU helpline, where you’ll handle first-tier incident intake, triage incoming requests, and ensure timely issue resolution. You’ll directly interact with our users, troubleshooting their concerns and escalating them as necessary, while also serving as a vital liaison with our IT partner, Network Coverage. Your contributions will include facilitating training sessions on applications like Microsoft Suite and Zoom, managing equipment inventory across offices, and conducting phishing campaigns to bolster our security measures. With a focus on excellent customer service, your organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks will help us deliver seamless support to all ALKU employees.
