We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team as we experience high growth. In this role, you will partner with teams across Arc to understand and extract insights across our business. You will analyze large datasets and then communicate your findings to our partners in finance, operations, go-to-market, and product. This is a rare opportunity to make a direct impact on business strategy and growth, working directly with Arc’s entire executive team.

🚀 What You'll Accomplish Here:

Partner with stakeholders throughout the organization to facilitate data-informed decision-making by leveraging analytics
Utilize a variety of strategies, including statistical analysis and quantitative reasoning, to address challenges, conduct research, and generate actionable insights
Build metrics, data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and predictive models to inform and run the business, enabling data-driven decision across key channels and workstreams
Identify what KPIs, data, features and events will show whether success has been achieved, where it has been achieved, and why
Deep-dive into existing projects to identify areas of opportunity for scale and efficiency
Collaborate with other finance, product and go-to-market team members to build, standardize, improve, and drive adoption of analytical processes
Develop resources to empower data access and self-service so your expertise can be used where it is most impactful

🌟 What You Bring:

4+ years of experience in B2B analytics (go-to-market analytics experience a plus).
Substantial experience working with and supporting GTM teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, RevOps)
Experience in Data Engineering, Data Analysis or Data Science roles, building data pipelines and analyzing large datasets to solve problems.
Advanced SQL and data visualization skills (experience with Looker is required).
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills and ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to “wear multiple hats” as a team player in order to prioritize the dynamic business needs of a high-growth organization.
Analytical aptitude with keen attention to detail and insatiable curiosity to learn.
Strong self-management, drive and organizational skills with ownership and pride in your work and ability to juggle multiple projects.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is essential.
Ownership mentality, bias for action, highly motivated, strong work ethic.
