Transactions Associate

The Transactions Associate is responsible for all the communication and documentation involved in a property transaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee all administrative matters related to a real estate transaction,
  • Ensure all required documents are completed and submitted by the necessary dates,
  • Organize and manage all paperwork related to transactions such as, contracts, disclosures, and other legal documents,
  • Facilitate communication between all involved parties and communicate frequent updates to everyone involved in the transaction,
  • Participate in contract negotiations,
  • Coordinate the property’s closing process,
  • Schedule all after-close follow-ups

Competencies

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of how properties are sold,
  • Demonstrate understanding of appropriate legal frameworks,
  • Excellent social and communication skills,
  • Pay close attention to detail,
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and quantitative skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Real Estate, Law, etc.
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages is highly valued,
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Greek
  • Ms Office proficiency
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline driven team environment
