WinnCompanies is searching for a Floating Property Manager II who will support multiple properties in the Northern California region.
In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment communities, and maintain the apartment community and its residents and staff, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements. May provide support alongside an existing property manager or as a short-term coverage for a property manager vacancy.
The position offers a salary range of $58,240 to $72,800 annually depending on experience. Local travel is required with mileage reimbursement. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Your typical work hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with travel requirements and mileage reimbursement included. You’ll also keep occupancy levels high, manage move-ins and move-outs, ensure that tenant files are complete, and lead maintenance efforts to keep our sites in top shape. You’ll collaborate with senior management on rent levels, constantly engage with residents to resolve issues, prepare budgets, and provide thorough financial reporting.
