We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support a financial institution that provides funding options for small business owners. This role focuses on cold email marketing, lead generation, newsletter creation, social media management, and customer engagement strategies. If you have expertise in email marketing, SMS campaigns, and lead generation, with a strong ability to optimize engagement tactics, this role is perfect for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute email marketing and retention strategies to engage leads and customers.
  • Create automated email and SMS campaigns to deliver promotional messages and drive conversions.
  • Manage Salesforce reports and optimize CRM segmentation for targeted outreach.
  • Oversee monthly newsletter creation and content distribution.
  • Track marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and internal teams to enhance marketing tools and strategies.
  • Utilize data scraping and lead enrichment strategies to expand outreach efforts.
  • Maintain and update social media accounts with content (preferred but not required).
  • Extensive experience in marketing channels, including SMS, email, paid ads, and lead generation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Proven ability to work independently, meet goals, and drive engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and client-facing interactions.
  • Experience with data scraping is a plus.
  • Degree in marketing preferred.
