Job Title: Human Resource Information Systems Analyst

One of our large manufacturing clients in the Summerville, SC area is looking to add to their HR team!

Job Description:

  • Participates in compensation surveys, conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends
  • Evaluates jobs and develops and maintains job descriptions and job architecture.
  • Participates in compensation surveys, conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
  • Lead facilitator for HRIS: Payroll, HRIS, Company Maintenance. Administers, develops, and researches the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Co facilitator for HRIS: Learning Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management
  • Configures HRIS to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics.
  • Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations. May be responsible for defining system requirements
  • Works closely with Human Resources team for program development and employee feedback to build user friendly programs.
  • Maintains compliance for IFNA’s payroll program and compensation management program.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, IRS, wage, and hour laws regulations.
  • Facilitates required audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
  • Identifies and recommends updates to payroll accounting software, software systems, and procedures.
  • Lead facilitator for payroll program
  • Assures that the company abides by applicable provisions of federal and state labor and employment laws.
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities on a quarterly basis; remain abreast of changes in legislation that will impact the business; and communicate changes to management and other members of the HR team regularly.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Ability to complete projects from beginning to end with little supervision
  • Other duties as assigned.

Necessary Qualifications:

-Bachelor Degree is a must

-5+ years of experience in HR or a related field

-Must have finance or HR analytics experience

-Excel is a must - pivot tables and formatting, pulling and making

-HRIS data audits experience

-HRIS process improvement experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Company does provide benefits and information will be given during the interview process

Workplace Type

This is a hybrid position in Summerville,SC.
