As a systems engineer on our team, you’ll produce approaches and models for the government agencies and services such as Joint, Navy, Air Force, Army, or Marines. You leverage systems design life cycle processes, including design, requirements analysis, systems analysis, human factors, development, system-of-systems integration, acquisition planning, test and evaluation, mission and capability planning, and reliability and maintainability of systems. You’ll develop systems concepts, including capabilities, processes, life cycle phases, taxonomies, standards, interfaces, and interactions. You Have:
Experience with architecture and systems engineering, including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), SysML, MagicDraw, System Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture
Knowledge of enterprise architecture, data modeling, business process modeling, analytics, systems analysis, or design
Knowledge of the elements of the system development life cycle, including analysis, requirements, system definition, development, design, analysis and control, integration, or testing
Ability to foster open communication and build trust on teams and with customers
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Data Science, CS, Engineering, Physics, or Business Information Systems Management
Nice If You Have:
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, applications, networking, and software, including MATLAB, CAD, or Python
Knowledge of data science, cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework, C5I, sensors, systems, mission scenarios, AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Ontologies, OWL, and RDF
Possession of excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Secret clearance
Master's degree in Systems Engineering, CS, Engineering, Physics, Business Information Systems Management, or Mathematics
OCSMP, CSEP, Enterprise Architecture, or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
