BetterUp is seeking an Account Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts while partnering with Strategic Account Managers to enhance sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
Responsibilities: The Account Manager will focus on building relationships, negotiating renewals, generating upsell opportunities, and providing strategic insights to customers.
Skills: 5+ years in enterprise tech sales, experience with C-level executives, ability to influence buying cycles, and outstanding leadership skills required.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree and experience with new market sales or disruptive technology preferred.
Location: Austin, Texas, Hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least 2 days a week.
Compensation: $94000 - $163000 / Annually

Role Summary
Account Managers will own transactional deals, and strategic renewals while partnering with a Strategic Account Manager to develop additional opportunities within existing accounts. Account Managers will develop relationships with senior executives along with other stakeholders and influencers at BetterUp’s customers. At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this role is $94,000.00 – $163,000.00.
