We are backed by top-tier investors and are looking for an ambitious Growth Executive Intern to join our team and help scale our business to new heights.
You will research, identify, and qualify potential customers using various outreach methods (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
You will experiment with different sales strategies and iterate on best practices to maximize efficiency.
You will own and improve our Growth Toolstack (Cognism, Clay, HubSpot, LaGrowthMachine)
You will collaborate with account executives, marketing, and product teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
You will generate new leads and build a strong revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting.
You will master the art of networking, learning how to engage potential clients and establish meaningful relationships.
You will act as the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring they understand the value of our solution and how it can help their business succeed.

You have a background in competitive activities (sports, arts, competitions) and a strong drive to succeed.
Previous internship or other experience in start-ups, scale-ups, or customer-facing roles is a big Plus.
Sales experience (even in a non-tech industry) is a plus but not required.
Sales Tech experience (Cognism, Clay, Sequencing Tools) is a plus but not required.
You are eager to learn and master outbound sales techniques.
No specific degree requiredâwhat matters most is your drive and ability to execute.
German (C2) and English (C1) language proficiency
