We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our Habitability Department. This role is ideal for a skilled plaintiff-side litigator with experience in habitability or landlord/tenant disputes. The position offers an opportunity to advocate for clients within a dynamic and collaborative team.

  • Conduct legal research and draft briefs, pleadings, and motions.
