Job Summary

We're seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as our internal SWAT team — tackling immediate short-term and strategic long-term challenges across our fast-growing startup. You'll address diverse issues from developing sales metrics to streamlining the implementation of blp with new clients. This role requires quick learning, adaptability, and rapid problem-solving. Previous Chief of Staff projects included ISO compliance preparation, entity setup, sales structure development, and customer segmentation analysis.


Location

This role is an onsite position in Zurich, Switzerland and flexible for occasional remote work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an internal troubleshooter, addressing and preventing organizational challenges

  • Fill operational gaps in our rapidly scaling environment

  • Design and implement performance metrics for sales and implementation teams

  • Create standardized workflows connecting sales operations and project delivery

  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration

  • Analyse data to identify improvement opportunities

  • Develop comprehensive playbooks for key processes

  • Advise leadership with data-driven insights


Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master from a top school

  • 2+ years in consulting, sales operations, or project management

  • Strong operational execution skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to adapt on the fly

  • Versatility across different business functions

  • Strong analytical capabilities for meaningful metric development

  • Exceptional communication bridging technical and business stakeholders

  • Strategic thinking with precise execution

  • Comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
