Robert Bosch Power Tool Elektromos Szerszágyártó Kft. was founded in Miskolc in November 2001, and today it has become a determining factor not only within the company group, but also in the region, becoming the largest Bosch power tool factory worldwide.

Our main products are:

• Green power tools and gardening tools for home use
• Blue power tools for industrial use
• Batteries for eBike and power tools

Our goal is to develop both ourselves and our products with the help of our coworkers.

• Initiating, leading and supporting logistics projects independently
• Evaluating improvement activities and implementing plans to optimize warehouse processes and team performance
• Designing and monitoring relevant key performance indicators, initiating and managing implementation and transformation programs to build or enhance processes/capabilities
• Coordination and calculation savings initiatives and new business projects
• Initiating and driving digitalization and automation projects,
• Actively using Lean logistics methods and tools, doing regular process-confirmations (health-checks), elaborating process mapping and design
• Elaborate process descriptions in line with warehouse activities and Bosch standards
• Onboarding, knowledge-retention, lean trainings for the various levels of warehouse’ team

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, economics or business informatics, or equivalent professional experience
• Several (minimum 4) years’ experience in various areas of supply chain (e.g. distribution warehouse coordination/supervision, lean management, Project management)
• Experience in logistics process mapping, -design and -development, understanding Lean logistics methods
• Strong ability to think conceptually and analytically, to work solution/process-oriented
• Good organizational skills, self-motivated, proactive attitude with ability to get the tasks done in timely manner
• Excellent communication skills, active English language proficiency (written and oral)
• Mature knowledge and experience in MS Excel is essential
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred), SQL databases and Power BI visualization is an advantage
