Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
 
As a consultant within the LTR team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
 
Job Description:
  • Design, develop, test, and document scalable, high-quality business solutions to be built on the Salesforce platform, specifically Service Cloud & Experience Cloud.
  • Strong Salesforce development and design skills including Apex, Aura Lightning platform (AURA, LWC framework), SOQL, Flow, and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud.
  • Proficient in implementing Service Cloud & Experience Cloud features like Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Management, Einstein AI, Self-Service Portals, Communities, Personalization, Customization and Branding.
  • Excellent in configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, flows, process builder, Security Model, Data Model etc.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with changing priorities; self-sufficient and motivated to excel.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs.
  • Must have created and leveraged Salesforce platform best practices along with coding and design guidelines.
  • Good troubleshooting skills, familiarity with deployment process and tools.
  • Knowledge of Development tools, IDEs, and configuration management tools, defect management process and tools.
  • Must have Good Communication & client interaction skills.
