Position Overview:

As the Sales Director for Broadridge Retirement and Workplace’s CIT Solutions, you will play a vital role in collaboratively developing and executing product strategies that effectively drive revenue within the retirement and workplace sector. This position requires you to specialize in a single product or product line and provide expert support throughout the sales process, while actively creating new opportunities and facilitating cross-sales.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on the development and proactive execution of product strategies to drive revenue as part of the overall sales strategy.
  • Provide product-specific expertise and support during the sales process to client-facing roles across the organization.
  • Inform product and service direction; develop and maintain value propositions, demonstrations, and product pricing and contracting.
  • Identify and create new sales opportunities, and facilitate cross-sell opportunities within applicable market segments and accounts.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Apply theoretical knowledge and negotiation skills within the sales discipline.
  • Carry and achieve sales quotas, with financial rewards based on target achievement.
  • Manage complex or large territories/accounts, employing effective sales or account management processes.
  • Possess authority to set and negotiate product/service terms independently.
  • Plan territory or account strategy and manage resources effectively.
  • Leverage a minimum of five years' related experience in the field.
  • Serve as a mentor or resource for less experienced colleagues, aiding in their development.
Functional Knowledge:
  • Requires a solid understanding of sales procedures and concepts, with basic knowledge of interrelated disciplines.
Business Expertise:
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of sales-related business practices, financials, and products/services within the retirement and workplace market.
  • Remain aware of competitors and factors that differentiate them in the market.
Leadership:
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and help in the development of their skills.
  • Work efforts are periodically reviewed for detailed accuracy and effectiveness.
Problem Solving:
  • Demonstrate an ability to solve complex problems by taking innovative approaches and exercising judgment based on a thorough analysis of information sources.
Impact:
  • Make significant impacts on customer, project, or service activities within own team and related teams by working within broad guidelines and policies.
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Guide, influence, and persuade others effectively
  • Communicate complex information clearly and work towards building consensus.

Salary range $130,000.00- $150,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
