As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for new Business Wire clients with in our ABU (Agency Business), and a key liaison between the sales team, newsroom and customers for our agency business. Your focus is on nurturing, maintaining, and cultivating client relationships and success from existing and newly created transactional/contract accounts. Your responsibilities also include managing outbound prospecting of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) generated from marketing campaigns, etc.
