We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in supporting business operations through data integrity, reporting, and CRM (Core) optimization. This role blends system administration with analytics, empowering multiple teams with clean data, actionable insights, and meaningful dashboards that influence strategic decision-making. You will function as an “internal data consultant” assessing existing data processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and devising more efficient or cost-effective alternatives The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and business-savvy—comfortable maintaining and improving data systems while collaborating across departments to drive value from our internal CRM, Core.

Your core responsibilities will involve crafting customized reports and dashboards that unveil trends and track KPIs, all aimed to enhance performance. We're looking for someone with a knack for analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement, someone who is detail-oriented but also possesses a business-savvy mindset. With a minimum of one year of experience in data analysis and CRM system administration, familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau will be essential. You will also be in charge of maintaining data integrity, ensuring our internal CRM is up-to-date while training colleagues on best uses of our systems.
