This position is located in Arlington, VA. Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Or experience in .Net development.
Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.
Strong knowledge of .NET framework, C#, and ASP.NET.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React.
Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server and Entity Framework.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git).

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $69,700.00 - $169,700.00.
