What You’ll Do
Plan and lead exciting, meaningful activities that cater to residents' interests and needs.
Collaborate with other departments to create a well-rounded, engaging program.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for A/L and SNF.
Recognize and address the unique needs of residents to enhance their quality of life.
Develop and maintain a fun, interactive monthly event calendar.
Work with the volunteer coordinator to bring in valuable community involvement.
Manage supplies, coordinate purchases, and ensure activities run smoothly.
Conduct resident assessments to personalize programs and activities.
Drive the bus for scenic rides and group outings (CDL preferred but not required).
Support hiring, training, and supervision of assigned staff under the director’s guidance.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Passion for enhancing residents' lives through meaningful engagement.
✔ 2+ years of experience in creating and managing programs for seniors.
✔ Strong leadership skills – experience in team supervision and relationship building.
✔ Knowledge of state and federal regulations for A/L and SNF is a plus!
✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
✔ Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) to drive the resident bus.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with basic technology.
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
