About the Role
In this position, you will:
Monitor the route and status of sales representatives to coordinate and prioritize the sales schedule.
Evaluate and reassign appointments to available sales representatives as needed.
Communicate regularly with sales representatives to gather information on appointment dispositions and report back outcomes to the appropriate teams
Monitor and regulate appointment volumes ensuring all available time slots are filled.
Pull leads forward from future set appointments to fill the board with same day and next day appointments
Conduct outbound calls to confirm existing customer appointments
Confirm customer information, ensuring accuracy of name, address, phone number, email, product grade, source, date, time, length of appointment, and all [parties will be on site and available for the entire length of the presentation.
Include any notes provided by marketing representatives.
Manage all leads generated from home show events and retail venues, ensuring they are accurately entered into Lead Perfection.
Document each call attempt with the appropriate disposition and include any notes provided by marketing representatives.
Contribute to a positive team environment
Assist with other Call Center duties as needed.
Key Qualifications
Prior experience in a call center role
Remodeling or service knowledge
Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
High energy and willingness to learn
Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail
Weekend availability required
