Associate Business Consultant

As an Associate Business Consultant at CloudTrucks, educating & retaining our fleets is our main focus. We are here to ensure our Business Partners, owners of our fleets, are utilizing CloudTrucks to build the most successful trucking business, on their terms. When our Business Partners make money, CloudTrucks makes money. 

By having a holistic understanding of the industry, CloudTrucks Platform, and internal team processes, we will consult our Business Partners on how they can reach their desired business outcome with CT. Through product education, we will increase adoption of the app and business management tools. Through relationship management, we will build trust to retain our fleets. Through monthly check-ins, we will provide insight into their performance with CloudTrucks and understand their business goals to help them be the best business partner to CloudTrucks.

You will be required to be in-office full-time in our Atlanta office in Buckhead.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with the customer so they see you as a consultant for their business and someone who can help them get what they need done.

  • Educate customers on products, best practices, and processes to be successful at CloudTrucks.

  • Understand & analyze patterns of successful customers to develop repeatable plays.

  • Advocate for the customer internally to prioritize features & improvements on the product roadmap as well as propose & build processes internally that will allow our organization to scale and deliver on customer satisfaction.

What You Need to Have

  • 1+ years experience in a customer-focused role like Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management with a focus in the SMB (or smaller) space

  • Ability to connect the dots together & learn fast - with a strong desire to share your product & company knowledge with customers

  • Excellent listening, written & verbal communication skills - you lead with empathy, yet a sense of urgency and aren't afraid to get personal with your customer base

  • Team player attitude - you are able to juggle competing priorities & can work collaboratively across an organization

  • Excited about working in a fast-growing organization - you have a bias towards action!

  • Google Suite experience and/or industry experience is a plus
