Energy Markets Manager

As an Energy Markets Manager at Voltus, your main responsibilities include overseeing energy market activities within the SPP footprint, conducting financial modeling and forecasting, asset registration, customer settlements, and ongoing performance optimization. You'll act as the subject matter expert for demand response programs, assisting colleagues across departments with your deep knowledge of market rules and participation requirements.

Voltus is looking for candidates with 3-5 years of work experience, ideally in an energy-related field. While management experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. A strong background in energy as well as coding skills, particularly in Excel and/or Python, will give candidates an edge in this role.

Voltus offers a competitive compensation package for the Energy Markets Manager role, with a base salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, alongside potential bonuses and equity.
