Experience Needed:
- Data Migration: Migrating data from any tool to Pylon (manual work required due to lack of automated tooling).
- URL Redirects: Setting up redirects for knowledge base articles.
- Content Quality Control: Spot-checking and formatting articles.
- LinkedIn Response Management: Continuing conversations from automated outreach and potentially scheduling customer discovery calls.
- Email Management: Filtering out spam and irrelevant emails, surfacing important ones for Robert’s attention.
- Managing the new employee onboarding checklist (approximately once a week).
- Adding new team members to tools.
- Setting up demo environments for new employees.
- Creating fake customer and vendor accounts for demonstrations (requires precision).
- Scheduling: Coordinating meetings and ensuring calendar efficiency.
- Recruitment Support: Assisting with hiring processes.
- Project Management Prep: Creating and managing action items and preparing for project execution.
- QA Support: Helping test tools and apps for accuracy and functionality.
- Company Swag Ordering: Managing orders for company-branded merchandise.
- Event Management Assistance: Helping organize and coordinate company events.
